Our Staff
William C. Weber, M.S.,LCSW is the Director of Weber & Associates, Inc., specialists in Employee Assistance Programs and managed behavioral health care. He graduated from Indiana University and received a Master of Science degree in clinical psychology from the University of Central Missouri. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Certified Marriage and Family Therapist. Prior to earning his psychology degrees, Bill spent many years in industry as a tool and die maker. He has extensive psychotherapeutic experience with all phases of mental health and chemical dependency problems including the training necessary to provide DOT drug and alcohol evaluations.  




John Huddlestone, M.S., LCSW, LMFT received his Master of Science degree in psychology from the University of St. Francis after completing his B.A. from Trinity College in Dunedin, Florida in religious education.  John has over twenty five years of experience in mental health counseling and over thirty years of experience in pastoral ministry.  He has provided outpatient mental health services to individuals and families with clients ranging in age from preadolescence to senior citizen age.  He also provided mental health counseling in a predominately chemical dependency treatment center and is authorized to provide DOT substance abuse evaluations.  John has been a pastor and oversaw the spiritual development of his parishioners.


Linda Young, M.S., LMHC received her master's degree in psychology from the University of St. Francis.  She has experience as a juvenile probation officer, which included four years as a counselor in a juvenile detention facility.  Other work experience includes family therapy at an adolescent in-patient psychiatric setting and managing an Employee Assistance Program for a rural mental health center.  Her clinical specialties include divorce issues, job loss, serious illness, relaxation therapy, and women's issues.  Linda ia also a motivational speaker, workshop leader, and has experience working with patients and family members dealing with cancer.  She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.







Tammy VanBaalen, M.S., ACSW, LCSW earned her Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University and spent the first 21 years of her career working with adolescents and parents in an intensive therapeutic setting.  She has worked in all therapeutic areas from in-patient settings to partial programs to outpatient settings.  She has advanced training in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, considerable training in mediation and has a special interest in working with those who experience emotional difficulties as a result of chronic physical illnesses.  She primarily uses cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy with her clients.



Ruth Jansen, M.S., LMHC graduated from The University of Iowa and then received her masters degree in counseling education from Indiana University.  She began her counseling career in a comprehensive mental health center where she worked with adolescents and addults.  She has considerable experience in the entire range of mental health disorders with special training in areas of domestic violence, anger management and trauma.  She has been trained in specific techniques proven to aid victims of trauma.  Other specialities include divorce adjustment, parenting and life transitions.
Sue Weber, Office Manager (left) and Della Mccleary, Administrative Assistant keep the offie running smothly and efficiently.  Sue has been with Weber & Associates for 31 years and Della has 16 years of tenure with our organization.
